Reserving Products

Products can be reserved for a maximum of 1 week from the date of reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel all reservations once the week has ended. 

Returns

When returning a product in the event that you are unsatisfied, the product is not fit for purpose or you have changed your mind, we offer a 30 day returns, no hassle policy providing you have all the packaging, the product is not damaged or faulty, and you have a receipt or proof of purchase. We will happily refund you or offer a like for like swap under our discretion.

If you are returning a product that is faulty or broken you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to prove you have purchased it from us (Smith’s Garden Centre) and provide evidence of the faulty product so we can contact any relevant suppliers about the fault.

If your product is in warranty or comes under a manufacturer guarantee this must be in date for us to carry out any returns, refunds or repairs.

After 6 months is it our discretion as to which we carry out, whether it be a refund, replacement or repair.

For any plant stock, please bring in the plant you are unhappy with and we will try to diagnose the problem. If we feel it is necessary, we will offer you with a like for like replacement at no extra cost or refund you providing you have a receipt or proof of purchase.

General Discount

We never allow discounts on Garden Furniture, Kamado Joe or Home Styles products.

If products are damaged, have been used for display purposes and have defects, a director can approve an agreed discount.

Organisation Discount

In some circumstances we have agreed to offer a 10% discount to certain organisations not associated to Smith’s Garden Centre.

We reserve the right to cancel this discount at any time.

The discount does NOT include Garden Furniture, Kamado Joe or Home Styles products.

These discounts are offered to the organisations below and will need proof that the customer belongs to the organisation:

– Agreed Allotment Societ
ies

Allotment card discount is only valid on items used in an allotment.

The range of items valid are as listed below but not limited to:

– Compost
– Seeds
– “Grow your own” garden sundries
– Potted vegetables, herbs and fruit

Deliveries

All deliveries are subject to a £10 charge to any local area.

When customers spend £200 or more they will receive free delivery.

Deliveries of Garden Furniture & Kamado Joe Grills will be roadside/front garden drop only.

Trade Accounts & Trade Discount

We do not set up new trade accounts.

All trade customers receive 15% discount when paying for goods up front.
