Can I book a table in the cafe?
We do not take reservations in the cafe, please just turn up on the day and choose a table. At busy times there may be a short wait.
Can I bring my dog to the Garden Centre with me?
Yes, we welcome dogs to the Garden Centre providing they’re well behaved and you clean up after them.
Can I bring my dog into the cafe with me?
Yes, you can bring your dog into the cafe. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture and owners should be considerate towards other guests.
Do you offer a planting service?
We don’t offer a planting service, but are happy to give horticultural advice in regards to plants and planting.
Do you offer a delivery service?
We offer a delivery service to any local area.
£15 Delivery Charge for any address within 8 miles.
Large deliveries that require more than 1 trip are subject to a custom delivery price depending on the quantity and size of items.

Can I speak to someone about plants?
We are happy to advise all of our customers on plants.
Can you order a specific plant for me?
If you need help sourcing a specific plant, please contact info@smiths-gardencentre.co.uk with the plant you’re looking for. We will always be happy to help source a plant, however due to availability and minimum order quantities it isn’t always possible to help on every occasion.
For large orders we require a 25% deposit to secure your order. This deposit is non-refundable.
Will somebody be able to help me lift my compost & stone?
Yes, we will be happy to help all of our customers who need assistance lifting heavy items.
Where do you keep the trolleys?
All of our trolleys are kept to the right hand side of the entrance.
Do I need to bring compost into the shop?
No, you don’t need to bring compost bags into the shop. Please let a cashier know what compost you would like at the tills, then you can simply bring your car to the compost loading zone and load your compost without bringing it through the shop.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes, we do accept American Express.
